3. Your aligner treatment plan includes a series of clear, comfortable aligners, each one designed to move your teeth in small, precise steps. You’ll wear each aligner for about two weeks, only removing them to eat, brush, and floss. For best results, wear your aligners 20 – 22 hours a day, removing them only to eat, brush, and floss.
